Basu Secondary School

About us

Basu Higher Secondary School is a leading public school in Bhaktapur. It was established with primary level classes in 2019 BS. The first batch of students appeared SLC in 2044 BS with merely six students. In 2067 SLC, a contingent of 137 students appeared in SLC examinations from this school.

From the academic year 2061, the school has started 10+2 programs in Science, Management streams and added Humanities stream since 2062. There are 70 students in BBs Level, more than 900 students in class 11 and 12 and 1075 students from class nursery to class 10 in the academic year 2068.

To provide quality education at low cost. To produce students with confidence and skills, forge them into a capable and responsible citizen. To promote good conduct, high sense of morality and discipline so as to develop and shape multi-dimensional personality of students.

To creat an environment for educational world where every children can have access to quality edcation at affordable low price.

Our aim is to provide quality education to help student realize their inherent potential and bring out their latent talents, to make them aware of what they are capable of, to enable them to face challenges of this modern era and to prepare them for the future.
